    Mindbreeze Insight Workplace

    OverviewPermanent link for this heading

The Mindbreeze Insight Workplace is the control plane that unifies enterprise knowledge, AI agents, and business execution. As a “Single Point of Entry”, users can transform enterprise knowledge into trusted AI agents and governed workflows, grounded in enterprise data with Mindbreeze InSpire as the technological basis.

Operational efficiency is driven by a central, conversational interface that acts as a unified gateway for querying information across all connected enterprise applications. The Mindbreeze Insight Workplace renders the switching between individual applications as obsolete and users are able to use information efficiently and in relation to the context. This seamless connection and analysis of cross-system information significantly simplifies how enterprise data is accessed and utilized. To ensure universal accessibility and stable deployment across the organization, the platform is fully optimized for all major web browsers, including Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.

Multi Modal InputPermanent link for this heading

The Mindbreeze Insight Workplace employs a multi-modal input architecture that decouples user interaction from knowledge retrieval, enabling users to engage with enterprise information in the format that best reflects their natural workflow. By supporting text, voice, and visual data as primary input modalities, the platform removes the dependency on text-based search and allows business knowledge to be accessed directly from the context in which it is encountered.

As a result, enterprise search evolves from a keyword-driven process into a context-aware discovery capability. Users no longer need to accurately describe an object, document, or concept using specific terminology. Instead, the semantic meaning of the provided input becomes the basis for identifying related information across the organization's knowledge landscape. This approach reduces search friction, improves retrieval precision, and accelerates access to actionable business insights, enabling employees to move more efficiently from information discovery to informed decision-making and business execution.

Insight TouchpointPermanent link for this heading

The central element of the Insight Workplace is the Insight Touchpoint - a role-specific (pre-built) AI agent and agentic AI use case that delivers curated, contextual, and governed expertise. Every interaction in the Insight Workplace triggers the generation of an Insight Touchpoint to transform Subject Matter Expert knowledge into reusable AI solutions for users and AI agents.

Insight Touchpoints are able to perform a wide range of tasks assigned by the user. Based on what the user wants, the Agentic AI generates an Insight Touchpoint that fits the context of the task and delivers the results in a fitting manner.

For example, if the user needs in-depth information about a specific topic, the Agentic AI can generate an Insight Touchpoint that provides contact information for the company’s expert in this topic and the ability to chat with the enterprise data via Mindbreeze InSpire AI Chat.

The Mindbreeze Insight Workplace dynamically adapts the user interface (for example, filters, charts, lists etc.) based on the individual's assigned business unit, the authorization level and the current context. By distinguishing between different access profiles, such as the operational requirements of a standard user versus the governance needs of an administrator, the system automatically streamlines the available Insight Touchpoints. This role-based adaptation ensures that users are presented only with the tools and data relevant to their specific mandate, which minimizes cognitive noise and reinforces the enterprise security posture by restricting administrative capabilities to authorized personnel.

Complementing this structural governance is an automated orchestration mechanism that optimizes how information is presented. Rather than utilizing a static display, the Insight Workplace analyzes the intent of each query and the nature of the retrieved data to select the most appropriate Insight Touchpoint. Whether the context calls for a concise summary, a detailed data visualization, or a specialized agentic response, the system dynamically renders the format that provides the highest operational value.

More complex tasks that involve multiple steps, can also be successfully performed by Insight Touchpoints. Users can, for example, fill out a questionnaire or tender, or upload texts and images to create security or defect reports automatically.

In addition, every Insight Touchpoint offers a high level of interactivity with the generation of follow-up Insight Touchpoints. Users can generate a follow-up Insight Touchpoint by clicking a name, project ID, term or other entities to get more information or to use the Agentic AI dynamically. This enables simple access to contextually relevant information and users can intuitively interact with their enterprise data.

Insight JourneyPermanent link for this heading

The Mindbreeze Insight Journey is automatically created and stores all the generated Insight Touchpoints in the side navigation to form a logical sequence of interactions that build on each other. These workflows are based on real business processes and also support users in efficiently performing complex tasks, such as processing support tickets, preparing business meetings or developing a business strategy.

Already created Insight Journeys are always ready for use, since the Insight Journey updates in real time and accesses the latest, most reliable data at all times. Users therefore can create several Insight Journeys according to the various workflows and reuse them whenever needed with the latest enterprise data.

Welcome ScreenPermanent link for this heading

The Insight Touchpoint “Welcome Screen” is a pre-defined Insight Touchpoint that serves as the primary entry point to the Insight Workplace and is displayed immediately when users open the application. It functions as the central hub from which users begin their Insight Journey by asking questions, assigning tasks, interacting with pre-defined Insight Touchpoints, or engaging with other capabilities of the Insight Workplace.

Beyond providing access to these interactions, the Welcome Screen incorporates a contextual intelligence layer that proactively surfaces trending topics and high-relevance information adapted to each user's professional profile and role-specific metadata. By synthesizing emerging patterns and analyzing data velocity within the Mindbreeze InSpire AI Index, the platform continuously identifies and delivers the most relevant enterprise insights.

As a result, the Welcome Screen evolves from a static landing page into a proactive intelligence hub that reduces information noise, accelerates access to actionable knowledge, and ensures users are immediately aligned with the most critical operational priorities within their respective domain.

Analytics TouchpointPermanent link for this heading

The Insight Touchpoint "Analytics" is a pre-defined Insight Touchpoint to help editors understand the needs of their users and to optimize their content to best fit those needs. It is accessible via the “Start your Insight Journey now” section of the Welcome Screen. Within the Analytics Insight Touchpoint, results with low performance or weak user engagement can be enhanced directly, enabling editors to detect and resolve issues immediately.

Analytics allows the editors to follow this step-by-step process:

    1. Find queries and results which fit the area of expertise of the editor
    2. Understand the results the users see and select specific results to optimize
    3. Optimize the title, keywords and content using AI

User InterfacePermanent link for this heading

The left panel shows all Ratings, Searched Queries and Most Interacted-with Results for a week at a time. Users can further restrict by searching at the top. When a user selects a query or result, the panel in the center displays the search UI as the users experience it, allowing the editor to put themselves in the users’ shoes.

Every result gets a “Select To Optimize” action to start the optimization of content. The optimization panel on the right-hand side analyses the selected result, the search queries and user interactions using AI and generates suggestions for optimizing the title, keywords and content. Title and content suggestions include explanations that make the AI's decisions transparent and easy to follow.

Optimized changes must be applied manually by the editor in their CMS, and will only become visible in the search app after the data has been updated. This ensures that what the users see on the website aligns with what they are searching.

Review User FeedbackPermanent link for this heading

The Insight Touchpoint "Review User Feedback" is a pre-defined Insight Touchpoint for search specialists to analyse user submitted feedback and ratings. To open it, they can click the Ratings section in the Analytics Insight Touchpoint. The feedback and rating can be used to create datasets for optimizing the RAG pipelines.

Analytics allows the search specialists to follow this step-by-step process:

    1. Find feedbacks and ratings to optimize the retrieval and generation process
    2. Select feedback to include in a dataset
    3. Create dataset

The Insight Touchpoint displays a detailed breakdown of submitted ratings from AI chats and results a week at a time. Each entry includes the original question and its corresponding answer, the feedback along with the response to it, the username of the user who submitted the feedback, and the date it was submitted. Search specialists navigate by week and search in all the columns.

They can select and export these items to import them into the RAG pipelines, further improving the LLM.

Chain of ThoughtPermanent link for this heading

The Insight Workplace integrates a "Chain of Thought" mechanism within every Insight Touchpoint, providing a transparent audit trail of the agentic AI's reasoning process. This functionality exposes the sequential steps executed during the generation of an Insight Touchpoint, detailing how the system parsed the initial user query, processed the request, which tools were used and established the necessary operational constraints. Furthermore, it reveals the specific application selected by the agentic AI to fulfill the request. By surfacing this internal logic, the system provides administrators with the critical telemetry required to analyze retrieval accuracy and refine AI behavior. This transparency transforms the AI's output from a "black box" into an optimizable asset, enabling administrators to implement data-driven adjustments that continuously improve the precision and efficiency of Insight Touchpoint generation.
