Mindbreeze InSpire - Standby
Mindbreeze InSpire - Standby enables the fail-safe operation of the user search through the redundant design of the assigned Mindbreeze InSpire (Search Appliance) via failover. An Active/active operation is not permitted.
Failover
Mindbreeze InSpire is the primary appliance used for querying at all times. If required, Mindbreeze InSpire - Standby can be activated to answer search queries from the primary system.
Relation
Mindbreeze InSpire - Standby (Standby Appliance) has a 1:1 relationship to Mindbreeze InSpire (Search Appliance).

Administration
Mindbreeze InSpire – Standby does not contain a configuration tool by itself. The configuration (mesconfig.xml) is used directly by the associated Mindbreeze InSpire (Search Appliance) and must be configured on Mindbreeze InSpire - Standby as a "file-based configuration".
