Optimization of Natural Language Question Answering (NLQA)

The Natural Language Question Answering (NLQA) feature enables direct and intuitive access to information through search queries in natural language. With the Mindbreeze InSpire 24.3 release, the NLQA feature has been further optimized. For example, the language-independent processing of documents by the Sentence Transformer is activated by default. No additional configuration is necessary.

Furthermore, the display of responses has been adapted and a more precise analysis of search queries with NLQA is available with optimized instrumentation in app.telemetry. Mindbreeze InSpire users thus receive a more effective NLQA for finding information and optimized instruments for analysis.

New and advanced connectors

Updating the API standard in Microsoft Dynamics CRM

With the Mindbreeze InSpire 24.3 release, the API standard for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM connector will be changed to REST API. Mindbreeze customers do not have to make any changes, as new connectors use REST API by default and existing connectors remain functional. The crawling of annotations has also been optimized with the update of the API standard.

To use REST API with existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM connectors, customers can activate this manually with the setting ‘Use REST API’. Please note that only Kerberos and App Credentials are available as authentication options.

Technical extensions

Increased security with the reduction of access points to resources

Mindbreeze InSpire features, such as downloading the Outlook Add-In and opening Microsoft Office documents, require access to resources to function. With the Mindbreeze InSpire 24.3 release, fewer access points to resources are now required. The functionality of Mindbreeze features, such as the Outlook Add-In, remains the same. In addition to a manageable number of access points, this also optimizes security for Mindbreeze InSpire.
